Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Russia Day.
"Today, our countries cooperate effectively across a wide range of areas," noted the President of Turkmenistan.
According to the agency, Serdar Berdimuhamedov also expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, the Turkmen-Russian strategic partnership will continue to develop dynamically for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
