Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Government via digital channels. As reported by the "Watan" news program, a number of issues related to state policy were considered at the meeting.
First of all, the Speaker of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan D. Gulmanova informed about the ongoing work on the preparation of draft laws that meet the requirements of the time, as well as the results of the ninth meeting of the seventh convocation of the Mejlis, held on June 28.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedow emphasized the importance of developing new draft laws aimed at further developing the state and continuing to improve the country's legislation in line with the needs of the times.
Then, the Vice-Premiers and the Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers reported on the work carried out in the sectors under their supervision, their results, including measures being taken to further develop the relevant sectors of the national economy, the fulfillment of previously given instructions, upcoming measures in relevant areas, and the preparatory work being carried out for them.
After listening to the reports, the Head of State gave specific instructions and instructions to the relevant officials regarding the work being carried out in various sectors of the country's economy, future measures, and tasks for the further development of the sectors.
During the Cabinet session, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution "On holding the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries" and instructed to carry out relevant work in this area.
Several other important issues related to state policy were considered in the parliament and relevant decisions were adopted.
